In your relationships, are simply "cheat" or the other because "birds of a feather flock together"? Also realized that no one else manipulators can be easily manipulated by another handler? Any theories on why is that?
They learn from each other, that's how they survive. Not with each other, that would be too dangerous. There is no honor among thieves.
